Ht. 5'2", Start: 265 lb, Today: 244 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 135 lb - Hey everyone, i've been doing insanity for the past month and a half. All i can say it woooooooooo insane workout it's amazing lol. I don't know how much weight i've lost but i have lost 3 inches of my arms,tummy,thighs, and hips combined. Not so much but an inch off is great for me especially in my hips. I have been eating little portions 3 to 4 times a day and drinking alot of water. My winter break is done and i'm a little scared to go back to campus but i know i can do this. I'll post up here my new weight soon lets hope it's 230 or lower =.... BTW keep going everyone this gets hard but as long as we keep our head high and take it one day at a time nothing can stop us from being the best we can be thanks =)
