Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 165 lb (BMI: 25), Goal: 150 lb - so still no clue what my weight truly is, but man have i been noticing a difference in my looks. my face looks a lot thinner, my collarbones (which normally stick out quite a bit) are even more obvious, as are my ribs and my hip bones. i just wish my friggen stomach fat would hurry up and go away. I'm apple shaped, so i carry most of my weight in my upper body, so its the hardest place for me to lose it. but obviously as i've lost weight over the last 3 years i've become more hour-glass shaped. i don't have a gut at all, my stomach is really flat its just flabby as all hell and its really soft mushy fat so when you wear anything remotely tight it shows lovehandles. One day theyll be gone lol So, what i've been doing is eating 4-5 small meals throughout the day, staying under 1500 calories (i usually stick to 1300-1400) and working out doing Dance aerobics for 35-50 minutes 3-4 days a week. I've really cracked down this week, hoping to get to work on saturday and find that my work pants have gotten even looser :) that would be a really great feeling. Anyway, sorry for the ramble. Ha! I feel you on the stomach issue - same problem over here =). I'm hoping time/additional cardio will burn that flab off. Luckily we're both young enough that the skin elasticity is still good.
I wanted to say congratulations on your weight loss. I know you don't know what you weigh exactly, but the important thing is that you feel good about yourself so bravo!!
