From Jeimi, Age 20 - 05/26/11 - IP#: 68.199.183.xxx Click here to reply Ht. 5'2", Start: 265 lb, Today: 234 lb (BMI: 43), Goal: 165 lb - Hey everyone it's been a tough 4 days but i've been eat pretty well, there are still somethings i need to eliminate out of my diet in order to lose even more weight. As of right now i don't have a scale so idk if i've lost weight since coming home the past two weeks. But i did want to put an idea out there if anyone wants to join me maybe we should have a little freindly competition and see who can lose the most weight this summer. I think that would be a nice way to push eachother and help eachother, maybe we could all have like monday weigh ins or something once i get a scale lol. If you like the idea please comment and keep going at it everyone =)

I find when I'm dieting with someone, it's easier to say no to bad foods just because you want that little bit of competition to stay motivated, and lose more than your partner lol and good job so far Jeimi, you're doing it, you'll be there in no time :)
