Then I sit and cry because I am completely unhappy with my body. I haven't worked out in three days! And I have done this before, I know how to loose weight...why am I having so much trouble this time?? My biggest issues are dinner and before bed. My boyfriend is a late night muncher and I just seem to follow, (knowing I shouldn't) I need some kind of motivation...

Try the food and fitness planner on webmd.com or just log it on a piece of paper you keep up somewhere.

Reply from Catharine, Age 18 - 07/07/11 - IP#: 72.222.206.xxx I've seen this on TV for motivation. Take a picture of yourself when you looked your absolute best, and a picture of when you looked your worst (biggest) Put them side-by-side on the refrigerator and decide before you snack which image you want more. You've come such a long way! Don't get too discouraged, we all slip up. When you're tempted to have a snack at night, have a taaaaaaaaaaaaall glass of water. That can fill you up :)
