Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 166 lb (BMI: 25), Goal: 145 lb - Well I haven't been on here in way too long. Managed to somewhat maintain.Gained about a pound but I'll lose it. Anyways, the reason for my coming back is because I really need motivation. My best friend is getting married next August and I will be a bridesmaid. The wedding isn't for a whole year BUT we are doing a dress fitting in March. So... that's about 6 and a half months. I need to crack down!! It's not only about losing weight I need to tone up as well. strapless dresses don't look too pretty when you've got grandma Bingo arms lol Here's to hoping I can lose at least 10 pounds in the next few months. Try tracking your eating habits and weight. It might help you out a little. I heard of this great site for kids called mychildshealth.net they even give you rewards for signing on, blogging and recording your information. Check it out and good luck
