I need some help motivating myself to go out. I did a little longboarding two weeks ago before I fell twice and broke my helmet. I'm doing a weekly kickball game but that isn't enough. My university gives me a free membership to gym but it's far away and I'm not in that area for a lot of time. Any suggestions? Sulay

I'd suggest starting small by walking a short distance a couple of times a week, and gradually increasing the distance over time. If you have a job that is nearby you could walk there instead of driving. Another idea is if you have any particular interests in physical activities, such as swimming or biking, you could begin by participating in those. Find something fun that you like to do! I hope this helps even a little bit! When you are just beginning your journey it is difficult to find the drive to exercise, but once you get used to it you find yourself wanting to and even feeling negatively if you don't.
