Ht. 5'9", Start: 203 lb, Today: 224 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 175 lb - The holidays have not been kind! Ive but on 6 pounds and I just can't seem to control myself. I think I might take a break from trying to lose weight. Try to maintain and get comfortable with the realization that I am fat and not getting any skinnier!

So what if you have been eating bad. Just do what I do and eat as healthy as you can first then you may eat less of the bad stuff. Also your weight doesnt seem that bad to me. My husband weighted what you weighed 2 years ago. He started running 4 to 6 miles every other day and he now weighs 170 it took him a year and a half to do it and he still eats terrible like 6 slices of pizza but by running he maintains his weight. Maybe you could even lift weights. The more muscle mass you have the more calories you burn while resting.
