Ht. 5'7", Start: 237 lb, Today: 237 lb (BMI: 37), Goal: 140 lb - Looked through my old posts when I was 12. I bet my 12 year old self would throw up if they saw me now lmao. It looks like the consequences of my actions are starting to catch up to me. My knees hurt, I'm winded going up stairs, I get stabbing heart pains randomly. I can't see myself getting better. Probably going to die by the time I hit my 40s at this rate. I was born overweight so I've never known anything else. haha.
