Ht. 5'10", Start: 180 lb, Today: 232 lb (BMI: 33), Goal: 200 lb - hey everyone, been a couple months! got down to 220ish but starting a new job with a hectic schedule has kind of put a damper on that, gained a pretty good amount since then.
