Ht. 5,8, Wt. 183 - Well,i keep trying to loose weight but it keeps finding me.lol.I try over and over again but i just cant stick to a diet!..i get bored.or sad and then BANG there i am gettin food again even when i am well over full ugh anyways ill try it again and let ya no how it turns outt

You can cut it down slowly 11) it's not a diet!! 12) Eat lots of fresh things!! 13) THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT ONE!! it's not a diet it's a healthy way of life :) Hope something I said her helped you. O and if you look at it as a healthy way of life and not as a diet it won't bore you to death either!!
