I love coming to this site because its so inspirational, though this is the first time I've ever posted. I have a big problem. I tend to binge, BIG TIME. And I've figured out that these binges happen when I'm alone, when I'm bored, or right after I get home from school. Any tips on how to beat this? Thank you, and I hope everyone is doing amazing!

I know that since I've gone to college I can only eat a few times a day (we have to eat meals in the sorority house) and I've lost about 40lbs since mid July. I had a big problem with binging and overeating though-not so much exercise. Wait, instead of eating if you really aren't hungry do a workout video or go run/walk around the block.
