Reply from andrea, Age 14 - 06/18/09 - IP#: 86.42.152.xxx Well try to have cereals with alot of fibre in them like bran flakes or allbran, or else just a very filling cereal like porridge, fruit smoothies are also great because theyre really filling and yummy!I always feel tempted to eat when i stay in but try going to friends houses or go out that will take your mind off food, and drink 2 litres of water a day cos that can really fill you up!and never eat after 8 because anything you eat after 8 just sits in your stomach,snack on fruit, dont skip meals because that slows down your metabolism!And excercise is the way to lose weight, best excercises are running swimming and speed walking! hope this helped!:) x
