Well, toaday has been going good, I ate a banana this morning, but NOW, it is 1pm, and I am bored. I usually eat when I am bored..and I cannot do that right now..:/...Anyone know anything to help the "eating out of boredom" thing?
Reply from NiNi, Age 14 - 04/23/05 - IP#: 152.163.100.xxx yah that happens you need to keep yourself busy when you sit your going to think about food you need to go outside play basketball walk the dog take a swim in an inside swim place do some hw read call up some friends and do something with them such as the movies or mall take jog bike ride ask your parents to take you somewhere you know keep yourself busy dont let your self sit because then you will start thinking about food
