Help I feel so fat. I have an extra like 30 pounds on my stomache and it usualy stickso ut from under my shirt and most of my pants don't fit. I feel really depressed and eat a lto of food. Easter didn't help I ate a heck of a lot of chocolate and am even now gettign fatter and even my old pants that used to fit aren't fitting. I need help.

the same thing is going on with me. none of my pants fit! and sweatshirts which used to be baggy aren't anymore. its really frustrating!

I'll help you any time you need it, just don't get discouraged that will just make it worse, believe me I know.
