hello everyone,just to fill u guys in im really shy and i dont normally do this kind of thing. so here goes.... its been 7 yrs since my parents spilt up and ever since then i ate alot, i didnt want to be around people..as much. i gained alot of weight over the years .i really tried to loose weight over these years its been hard to keep it off.i have been really foused on loosing weight. i make good grades and have lots of friends now than ,i did.and my parnets have been doing great.the only thing is my weight ,is keeping me from really being myself.im not the person i want to be ...can any one give me advice on how to loose weight and keep it off? ....thank you so much!!!!

You can loose it if you put your mind to it.. and make sure you stick to healthy eating and dont say "ok im going to start my diet tomorrow"... because when i did that i just gained more weight..i lost 20 pounds in just one month all i did was eat healthy and exercise 6 days a week. try finding something that you like for exercising and change the exercise quite a bit or else you will get bored...and try eating lots of fruits and veggies to replace Junk food...and have smaller porsions... also drink atleast 3 BIG glasses of water or milk a day it will help you loose the weight (read it in a magazine).. i know that you can do it...I wish you the best of luck i have lots more tips or if you have anymore quetions and if you have a screename IM me on xOaddicatedtOuxO or email me on sadams4@twcny.rr.com Abbz*

hey the first time i wanted to lose weight i started the weight watchers diet and was at like 114 and i was soo happy well and walking helps to do everyday on weekends instead of taking a car places walk places that is what my friend and i do these days cause we both need to lose weight and make sure you drink 8 blasses of water a each day and keep a diary of what you eat and have a salad or a fruit with your lunch and dinner and for drinks lay off on the pop cause that has something to do with that to casue it gets you bloated and you fell like you have gained alot but really it is just the soda but anyway if you would like to talk ot me email me at froggygrl@msn.com cause i am going to start the diet too cause it really does work if you stay with it and do not try the adkins diet cause that just gives you a disease that is not good so anyway i hope i hear back from you
