Hey guys what's up? Well, I'm not doing good before I was 399.5lbs. and now I'm 405lbs.I'm rwally upset because my dad died of cancer 2 days ago, and his last words were "Mandy I believe that you can do anything." then he tapped out I'm really sad because he was like my best friend. I want to exercise with my sister Anna but she said only girls under 320lbs. can work out with her and my mom agrees,My mom and sisterare my only family I no aunts or uncles my parents were both only child's and all of my grandparents are dead. Please please help me, get through this miserable time... my mom has tried to get me into a gym so I can work without my sister because we don't really get along, but they won't let me because I'm too young, and my mom has got me workout tapes but they don't work for me and I have tried to work out with my mom but I get tired to easy... please please help me I would so appericate it!!

hi mandy sorry about your loss but you have to believe in yourself workout by yourself if you r tired just eat healthy studies show that dieting is 80% more effective than xercise luv ya all ways

wow- i am so sorry over your loss, i remember what it was like when i lost my grampa who was more a dad to me then my biological father. it was really harsh- but he was the one who always believed i would succeed and that's great motivation. look to what your dad said as the greatest motivation of all- he believed in you till the end- now you can take that heart-wrenching and most powerful belief and use it to get you where you need to go. don't let anyone stop you including yourself because you have your best friend and father on your side and you'll always have him on your side even though he's not physically there to hold your hand- he will always hold your hand in your heart and mind...good luck and feel better soon, i'm so sorry.

You should have your mom get you into a doctor ASAP becuase 400 pounds in unhealthy at 13 years old. My one friend was 407 at 13 and I urged him and his parents to get him into a doctor and if he would have waited another week he would have died of heart failure and hes in the hospital currently getting fat removed from his arteries and preparing for gastric bypass.

everything that you eat cut the portions in half. start exercising little by little. First take a walk for 25 min. then try some curlups if you can. Try to eat healthy things. I weight 220 lbs. Email me at dennisdubois@sbcglobal.net (its my dads) i will try to help u
