i hate it how i'll start off a day thinking that i'll go for a work out and eat really healthy foods, and then i just end up laying around the house eating random things because i don't feel like doing anything. i know that i can't keep expecting to lose weight if i just do nothing all day. does anyone else do this too? it just pisses me off haha

Heck yess.......that is all I ever do and my parents keep naggin on me about it! Im 164 poundss and Im only 14! My sis is 16 and she is 137! That is so unfair, and I do not like to play sports! LOVE YOU

It takes 22 days to form a habit so stay consistent w/ ur workout for 22 days and it will be much easier for the rest of the time it takes you to lose the weight

dont worry i think everyone does that. just remember the first week is the hardest, after that the excercise will just become part of your routine. dont give up!
