Hey! I ahve already lost 60 lbs but want to lose anout 20 lns more.But all of a sudden I can't stop eating I'm not hungry. . . I just eat everything I think of!!!!!!!! How can I stop doing this. . . any adive?????

A little will NOT make you gain weight; just incorperate it into your daily calorie quota.
