OMG I DONT KNOW WATS WRONGGGG I ATE 2,760 CAL. TODAYY I CAN TELL IM GAINING WEIGHT.. I NEED HELP REALLYY BAD ANYONE PLZ HELP ME I USED TO NOT EAT AS MUCH.. WELL I STARTED EATN BF EVERYDAY AND LUNCH AT SCHOOL.. I USE TO GO FROM 6:30 AM-3:30PM WITHOUT NO FOOD.. BUT NOWW IM EATING BF.. I ATE 2 EGGS 3 PCS BACON AND SOME LITE YOGURT FOR LUNCH AT SCHOOL EVERYDAY I EAT A CHICKEN SANDWITCH..WITH WATER I DO GOOD UNTIL I GET HOME AT 3 PM I PIG OUTT AND EAT CHEETOS..3 MINI SNIKERS.. 4 BAGS OF MINI M&MS.. AND SOME CRACKERSS THEN FOR SUPPER I ATE CHICKFILA.. FROM THERE I GOT A CHICKFILA SANDWITCH AND FRIES THAT ABOUT 2760 CAL... THATS A WHOLE LOTTTTTTTTTT I WANTED TOGO ON 1500 CAL. DIET BUT I THINK IM GOING TO GO ON ATKINS SO ON THAT ONE I CAN EATT MORE STUFF AND MORE FOOD.. I JUST DONT KNOW I FEEL LIKE I WANNA CRAWL IN A HOLE AND NEVER COME OUT.. WHILE IM PIGGEN OUT I FEEL GOOD ABOUT MYSELF WHEN IM THREW I JUST WANNA CRY SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME PLEASE.. THATS ALL I ASKK

Don't go on atkins. Not to make ne body mad and if I do I'm sorry, but, it isn't healthy and the food makes you bloated (I read that n a magazine). Go on weight watchers, that is what I am on and it is gonna work like a charm! It is less expensive to go online and do it, but if you attend a meeting you get tons of support and it's just great! i know exactly how u feel, EXACTLY. there isn't much you CAN do but one thing you can do is exercise. whenever i pig out, all i want to do is exercise. so after your done pigging out, try to go for a walk or even a run, you will feel so much better!!!! im on a 1200 calorie diet, and running helps because u can eat more because u burned more. next time when you are in the middle of stuffing your face, look at yourself in the mirror, it usuallly does the trick for me. think about what you want to be and how happy you'll be.
