when i am really bored, which is like all the time now since its summer, i eat. i never eat emotionally but i eat all the time when im bored. can u name something else thats fun that will occupy my time so i don't eat???????
Reply from Catherine, Age 15 - 07/30/04 - IP#: 67.168.60.xxx I have the exact same problem, I just try to do anything to occupy me, so I wont eat, I even try playing video games to get really into it, so I can get my mind off food, or I go outside and throw the ball for my dog, or put in a cd and lay back, relax and listen to it.
