Hi i am 5 ft 3 in. and i weigh 140. It is mostly in my thighs and stomach area. I wish to make it smaller, but dread the thought of leaving behind the foods that i love. I am willing to stop snacking as long as i don't have to give up any certain type of food.
I eat when i am bored. i don't have any problems with excersing, but i hate the outdoors.
My overeating didn't start until i learned how to stress. I need to know ways to lose weight and excercise with out wanting to give up after the first day. That is what usually happens i want to give up after one day . Please i need major advice
