Ht. 5'5", Start: 181 lb, Today: 163.4 lb (BMI %tile: 88), Goal: 130 lb - I stopped exercising and just got back on track and I went from 168 to 163. My weight fluctuates a lot! I mean one week I'm doing good
the next I'm binging. I hope I stay on track this time. I was wondering if anyone thinks banana chips are unhealthy.
I mean I know it contains a lot of sugar but I just can not lay off of it. I'm totally addicted to it. Can this hinder me from losing more weight or no if I eat in moderation?
