Hey Guys..okay i'm 5'3 and i weigh 170 lbs...i want to get does to at the least 140 but my goal is 130..i get bored and i eat stuff like cereal and i think thats why i might be gaining so much weight..but i dont know.. i want to lose that weight at least by July.. do you guys think it possible..and u u guys help me i would be soo thankful.. and its not just about how i look although thats a big part of it...i play softball anbd imma catcher and i cant have all that extra wight on me...so please meave me some messages..thanx!..im me if u wanna at danyelle369

What I did was I ate no more than 15 grams of fat a day, it might be too little for some but I still got to eat enough and everything, just not fattening stuff, and I've lost 18 pounds so far :)
