Ht. 5'8", Today: 230 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 170 lb - Ok,i am a size 16 pants, 5 8', and weigh 230 lbs...does anyone have any diet-exercise ideas i am mainly targeting the stomach and thighs. i have exercises i do, sit-ups leglifts, and jumping jacks, but i need a diet i eat alot! when i'm bored, stressed, and whatever other reason you can think of and when i eat because i'm bored ii eat stuff like chocolate frosting, brownies, smores all that kind of stuff and i know i shouldn't! i am a REALLY BAD eater! IF ANYONE HAS IDEAS PLEASE HELP! my goal is to weigh 170.

well- if you eat a lot maybe you should try the atkins diet- because you can eat a lot of food as long as it has very little carbs. this includes a lot of dairy and meat that has low carbs- fats too. but what you can't have is sugar and bread and chips- things like that. you can look up how many carbs and stuff it has on caloriesperhou.com and you can have 20 carbs a day for two weeks- after you lose most of the weight in 2 weeks then you add in a little more carbs- i'm sure someone else can explain it better though. hope i helped. good luck@!
