Ht. 5'8", Today: 230 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 170 lb - Ok,i am a size 16 pants, 5 8', and weigh 230 lbs...does anyone have any diet-exercise ideas i am mainly targeting the stomach and thighs. i have exercises i do, sit-ups leglifts, and jumping jacks, but i need a diet i eat alot! when i'm bored, stressed, and whatever other reason you can think of and when i eat because i'm bored ii eat stuff like chocolate frosting, brownies, smores all that kind of stuff and i know i shouldn't! i am a REALLY BAD eater! IF ANYONE HAS IDEAS PLEASE HELP! my goal is to weigh 170. | |
