I have wanted to be skinny for a long time, but whenever I am bored I eat. When I am really stressed I eat A LOT! And everytime I always get really mad at myself. Two years ago I had everything uner control and I lost 20 pounds, but it all came back and for some reason I just can't control it now. All I want to do is eat. Please help!
