This year, befroe basketball started, i injured myself and was out the whole season. I was off my feet for 8 weeks, and its about 6 months after my surgery. i looked int he mirror and noticed i seem to be ballooning up. My clothes are getting tighter on me. I have a size 38 waist now. I noticed ive got a couple fo rolls on my stomach, which has lost all definition. my stomach has started to poke out a lot, and is very jiggly. i jiggle a lot whne i walk, and get out of breath just by jogging up stair, which seems outnof the ordinary for me. My love handles are growing as well, and i look in the mirror and see a very portly person. I find myself gorging oon snacks whenever im home, mostly out of boredom, and when im driving, even when i dont need it, ill stop for fast food. i feel like im just gettin bigger, as i weighed myself 2 days ago and was 230. i have a feeling at this rate ill hit 250 by nest school year. I know i need ot lose weight, but i just love to eat, thinking ill work it off, and then i just get bigger. Please, reply and suggest, before i balloon up some more!

I started to lose weight. when i wake up in he morning, before I get out of bed, I do sit ups. I do push ups at night. I do about three sets of 15 push ups and sit ups. It works. Trust.
