Ht. 5'4", Today: 176 lb (BMI %tile: 98) - Hey you guys! This is my first time writing here. I am the oldest of six children and i am huge! I am also really lazy! I know i am supposed to diet and exercise but i just cant find a program that fits my schedule and... i am a really picky eater. I weigh 176 lbs and i am only 5'4''. i think one of the reasons i eat so much is because i eat when i am sad and i am sad a lot. I got the habit of eating when i am sad from my parent who buy me food to solve my problems. i keep telling them that i need their support in losing weight but they are so worried about me becoming anorexic or something that they make me eat and dont give me the support i need. I wish i had someone over my shoulder to help me and push me to lose weight. i know the kids at school are talking about my hugeness behind my back. i dont know what to do. can someone give me some advice, PLEASE!!!

Hey the fist thing to do is not worry about what people have to say about you behind your back, all that does not matter. OK here's my advice to you. You should eat a lot of fruits for a week. Any fruit you would like, i usually eat grapes. Then the following week you should start eating fat free Pringle chips, it taste good and it has no fat. That will keep you from getting hungry.
