hiya guys! I have just realized why i cant resist temptations!!! when i see people around me eating junk, or if its just sitting there, i think that if i dont eat it, ill miss out on fun! I dont know why. but can anyone think of a way to help me? I have tried to say to myself "dont worry you wont be missing out" but it never works!

Yeah! I know what ya mean!! just...don't try not eating less. um... here! try eating just as much as u do, but instead of eating junk, eat apples, salads, fruit...etc. eat healthier stuff! That is wut i do! :-) then u wont be worrying bout how others r eating and u dont wanna cuz u dont wanna get more weight in ya. u will be eating healthier, and that ALWAYS helps!

yeah i now what you mean...just don't concentrate on what they are eating. Think about how all that junk food is bad for you and feel better about yourself because you aren't giving in.

If you feel like missing out, then take some and put it in the freezer. After a while, you won't even care.

Maybe this will help. Think that junk food is a drug. The same way you would say no to drugs, say no to junk food. Ask yourself, " Is it worth it?". There's no food that tastes better than being thin!
