Reply from Jessica, Age 15 - 04/19/11 - IP#: 71.0.107.xxx Here is a tip I use when I am craveing I count to 10, if that does not work, I drink a lot of water, I take my dog for 50 miuntes usually. or I do running in my backyard, or in a park. I noicted you dont like sports. Try walking, at slow speed first, or running, slow, and it will be a little strange at first once you get use to it. You might end up like excrisieng.

A walk sounds kinda boring but you might have fun once you're outside. Also, chewing gum or drinking tea or water might help you not eat bad food out of boredom. Just take small steps by doing something a little active.
