Ht. 5'3", Start: 232 lb, Today: 210 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 130 lb - well hello my starting weight was 232 pounds about lets say a year ago... i actually got all the way to 195 but now im back up well my june my goal is lets say uhhm 160 and i know what to do i have gym mon-thursday and i go to ZumbA On mondays and wensdays other days i do say 50+ sit ups i write all my food down too so its just a matter of sticking to it. EVerythings possible you just got to believe. my goal size is a size 7 im currently a 11/13 i want to make my ex boyfriend see what hes missing ive been in love with him 4 3 yearrs weve dated on and off but now hes really maken me mad when we broke up i gained 20 pounds. so now im gunna go all the way down to 160 by june, ill show everyone who ever called me fat. Ill show them all because i did it before and ill do it again. Any tips are welcome, anyone who wants to talk ask for my myspace or facebook. okay lol im out.

I feel the same way, I dont like being fat either, I know how you feel Magen, dont give up, I am the same hight as you, I am 5'3 also, I want to weigh 118, pounds,, jogging would be a good sport to do when dstressted, walking, slow running, when you get out of breth take a deep breth drink some of your water in your waTER bottle,,, I sometimes dance with my music in my bedroom... It is really fun.. Im sorry that your boy friend broke up with you... I am go though changlles with my weight right now.. I walk for an hour if I can.. Just keep trying ...

I know what you're talking about with the boyfriend thing. my boyfriend and I recently broke up, and I've gained 15 pounds as well. I'm really sorry about that but I know you can lose the weight! Goodluck!
