Ht. 5'1", Start: 192 lb, Today: 192 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 130 lb - I've tried dieting before, but I eat when I'm upset and my life has been filled with a lot of downs lately but I've decided that I don't want to be the girl that every laughs at because she gets tired after running a few laps in gym. I'm the second biggest one of all my friends, and i fell so huge when I stand next to all my size 0 friends. I weigh more then all my guy friends. Some days I just want to leave, and have it all be over. But then I realized I need help, so I was wondering if any of you had words of advice that could help me. I want to start looking beautiful and not having to feel bad about myself all the time.

I feel the same way soemtimes. I dont like being overweight either Brooke I know how you feel, eat less drink 8 galss of water a day.. Praicte running in yourback do a slow running once you get use to it you keep going and less tv would help. I am 15 and overweight too. I do track on Turesdays I did 400 and 800 meter runs that = two laps. That helps I am a runner that helps. my avice is try out for trak bring a water bottle with you for gym I did that so that way when I do get out of breth it helps me keep going I do pushes up at times.. stechs are my favorite they make me want to lose weight more!!! Im sorry how you feel..
