Ht. 5'3", Start: 162 lb, Today: 147 lb (BMI %tile: 89), Goal: 104 lb - I almost strssed ate yesterday. I was about my servely austict not coming to Chruch today,I was looking forward to seeing her,she can't talk much,I was crying this morning I was remebering her from last year,I wanted to something fun her,she is 16 years old.Since 09)2011. I was so sad.I don't when I will see her,I hope this summer.

Good job for not giving in to emotional cravings! And I'm sorry you weren't able to see her. Take a hot bath or go on a long run to make yourself feel better :)
