Ht. 5'3", Start: 120 lb, Today: 170 lb (BMI %tile: 96), Goal: 130 lb - Hi. Last summer I left my bf for the first time for 3 months. I was really upset and missed him and my grandparents kept feeding me unhealthy food. My friends in the town i stayed in would always go to fast food restaurants and I would eat up to 3 cheeseburgers, fries, and chicken nuggets a day with them! I ended up gaining 28 pounds over the summer. When i came back, he noticed the weight but still thought I was beautiful. Over the school year, I still gained weight, and now that school is ending I have gained a total of 50 pounds since last year :/ I know that my bf would never say anything about my weight, and my boobs and butt have gotten quite larger but I am also so much bigger in my belly and face. He used to rub my tummy when it was flat after we ate, but now its so big and round that it makes me feel uncomfortable when he does it. I try excersise with my family and friends, but i can't do simple activities anymore and I cant control my eating. I am going away again this summer and I dont want to gain even more weight. Help? :/

Mon first thing is to weightloss, is changing your eating habits, instead of 3 cheesebugers have one instead, drink eight glass of water everyday, cut everything you eat in half, start excirsieng very slow, by walking, slow running, jog, jump rope, stercthing, healthy snacks, like bananans,cantrolled portin sized food, is very helpful, I used to have very bad habits, turst me, I was at 165 pounds at my heavest, now Im not sure how much I weigh, I know I weigh less then 165 or 162 lbs. I know you can do this! you can lose 50 pounds in five mounths!! recmanded for saftey weightloss is 1-2 pounds a week! eat less fast food, more healthy food, you know what when you go see your grandma and grandfather say no to unhealthy food, ask your mom and dad if you could bring your healthy food, in bages, conatiers, vetables, furits, lean meats, ,, carido,, is really great,,, weihgtloss is a progess, that will take time, It took me a while to get out of the 165 pound mark, I want to get back to 154 and 120,, lbs.. Eating healthy calories,, you can do this!
