I have had trouble with my weight my whole life, but kept it under control until last year. I got very sick and gained 50 pounds and now I am trying like crazy to lose it. My problem is that I can't seem to stop my emotional eating and I am not sure how to, because my willpower just is not enough sometimes. Tomorrow I am ramping up my efforts and hope to be at my goal weight by January. My family does not eat very healthily and that makes it hard to stay motivated. Any tips on how I can stay motivated, even when my parents go out for dessert?
