Ht. 5'6", Start: 265 lb, Today: 262 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 120 lb - So I was on here a few months ago and then I had a bad deal with depression and anxiety so I went off my diet. But now I am trying again.
Last time I lost 7 pounds in a week so I am going to try and keep up that pace. :) I did that just my eating ONLY when I was hungry, excersicing and drinking a buttload of water :3
If anyone has a lot of weight to lose like me and wants to be my weightloss buddy I really need the support and motivation, and I will gladly support and motivate you! :D just comment if you are interested :)

I weigh somewhere around 250-260 too! so if you still wat a weghtloss buddy I would be happy to do so!

Kennddy, you lost 3 lbs!!! that a great start!!!! keep losing weight!!! you will have a healthy weight one day!!! I had not a healthy weight since I was like 10 years old..
Rememeber weight loss does not happen over night..
