Ht. 5'4", Start: 145 lb, Today: 145 lb (BMI %tile: 87), Goal: 110 lb - I have failed so many times... Yesterday I got in a bad mood and just started eating everything I could get my hands on. I hated myself so bad for being fat. I woke up this morning still angry,I was planning on starving myself. I never wanted to eat again. But then I got thinking, and doing that would be giving into my failures. I am stronger than that, I know I can beat this. And however many times I fail, I know the day will come when I succed. I can do this :D ANd so can you!

Nola don't beat yourself up!! weight loss is a lerning cruve!!! keep trying weight loss dose not happen over night, drink lots of water, small healthy portions, it takes a lot of will power & effort fighting,, don't give up!!!

That's great! You can do it!! When you get stressed or in a bad mood you should exercise or what I do is listen to meditation music. It actually works.

Way to go Nola and whenever you're stressed or angry start working out. It really helps or just read or listen to music(:
