From qbigail, Age 21 - 11/26/12 - IP#: 68.185.195.xxx Click here to reply Ht. 5'5", Start: 275 lb, Today: 320 lb (BMI: 53), Goal: 120 lb - sp today i ate five eggs, eight pieces of bacon, three buiscuits, and five donuts fr breakfast.. than for luch i had, eightthree double mac burgers, fries, a large coke, two hotdogs, three milkshakes.. for snack i had, a big bag of hot vheetos, three bags of skittles, five bars of hershey bars, and jelly beans.... for dinner had, three bowls of macarooni, five large sausages, five pancakes, and five cups of ice cream... please help me i cant stop, its taking over my life.. its like an addiction

Okay first since you seem to like to eat alot... going from say (just an example) 3000 cals in a meal to 600 would come as a very big shock to your system. so I would probably decrease slowly. Like take off one egg of your breakfast, then the next day take off a burger, wait a few days, repeat process with other foods.
Reply from Aurelia, Age 11 - 03/31/13 - IP#: 64.53.233.xxx Stop overeating thats enough!you do not have any eating disorder no one of you you guys just like to overeat stop youre going to die soon with a heart attack or stroke or obese diabetes.Instead of 8 pieces of bacon have 2 instead of 5 big Mac burgers have a small burger with just cheese there at McDonalds and instead of 700 calorie milkshakes have diet coke 0 calories or even better water.why do you need 3 bowls of macaroni just have 1 I have a question why do you eat out eat at home and start exercising ever heard the word excersise?i bet you havent thats why youre fat but follow my rules and you;ll lose weight like 10 pounds in a week cause you have a lot of fat on your body and if youre a girl than no ones going to date or even if youre a boy!so get off the couch and excersise!

For week or so you'll be craving sweets but just go take a walk or suck it up and clench your fists and remind yourself you have to lose weight. After a week or so stop eating another thing that's unhealthy and do the same things but add more exercise.
