Ht. 5'3", Start: 168 lb, Today: 168 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 120 lb - I used to be a size 6 but i ballooned up to a size 12. During the nighttime i sneak cake,pie,candy,and maybe some leftover dinner from that night. I know that i can lose the weight,but its just that sometimes i eat becuz im bored or stressed out. If anyone has any advice please do give it to me.

I know what ur going through Shai start your life style change is to conquer your stress eating write down in a food journal how many calories ur eating trust me you will be shocked.
find something non food realted to handle stress and being bored is very to be, drink a glass of water do something that is active small minin goals like 167 or 166 lbs u can do this!
