Ht. 6'1", Start: 260 lb, Today: 270 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 160 lb - About a year ago, I was 160 pounds, ripped and in a happy relationship working out.
Me and my gf broke up and I starting gaining weight. I kept eating and not moving cause I felt better and now I'm almost too big to walk right, I can't even excerice cause I'm waddling. Anyone know how to shed some of this weight? :\ help
