Many people on these websites say to lose weight and you will be healthier and skinnier. However, my best piece of advice is not to feel obligated to lose weight from others, trust me, it is stressful and hard. Some people can lose weigh easily and give pep talks about it..... But it isn't easy for most people. The obeisity rate is even higher in U.S then any other country. Statistics show that 75 percent of people in America are obese and of that fourth at is still remaining, half are on the verge of obesity. Just remember: THERE IS NO SHAME IN BEING FAT.
Reply from Jessica, Age 15 - 05/23/11 - IP#: 71.0.107.xxx Eat less, excrise more, drink a lot of water, ride a bike, stcoctor, run, walking, from school, if you can,, dance in your room when it is raning, or thundering, go outside, when it is nice outside, do some jump rope, walk the dog, or walk your friend;s dog, ask your partens first. I get very exicted walking my dog. Jog, loseing weight is not always easy... It is easy once you eat less, drinking a lot of water, and excriseing.. I hoope to have helped.
