Ht. 4'2", Start: 23 st 3, Today: 24 st 5 (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 24 st 0 - i am extremeley fat im a size 32 in british adults i cant run i ant go to school the last time i went i broke a hair and ripped my pants i had too keep them unbuttoned all the time i need help i have too make my own clothes to fit me  (Note: 24 st 5 is 341 lb.)

im in the same boat. im almost 22st and im at a size 28 in clothes! , ive been putting off loosing weight because i get bored of all the work and no results but ive has enough its almost a new year and i have made a promise to myself that this time next year i wont be sitting in a size 28 bottoms! and you should do the same! then maybe you can go back to school? you can do it! show everyone there is a skinny girl inside . take it a jean size at a time. and one you drop one size you can drop what you want. good luck xx

Heather,You seem like you've had quite a lot of embarassing events in your life. No problem, all you have to do is believe in yourself which i believe a person has the ability to. Heather there lots of clothes for overweight people in an affordable price so you don't have to make them yourself. Reduce your weight and in the process wear nice clothes to feel good about yourself. Here are some websites for nice clothes for you.I feel your pain i was overweight in primary and got teased by skinny girls, now i weigh less and i've grown up to 5'5 so now they can't face me. No worries you will look fab in the future just believe in yourself, i know you can do it. You can do it! The hardest part is starting but once you start losing weight and start noticing it you will be more motivated.

Heather, I believe you can do it!! eat small portions, start by walking, that works, drink lots of water,, cut your meat in half, eat one half, and save the other half for later or the next day, I know you can do it! eat lots of plain veggies, take small steps, moriton for sugar, if you sugary creal, throw it away, start buying whole wheat creals, half cup of creal, and half cup of milk. I lost 15 pounds by excriseing, often, and eating less, walk everyday, you will feel better I promise, and trust me it took me a while to get some of my weight off..
