[I have my own serious reasons why] If you want to help me out, I would really like it if you could give me the most efficient ways you know how to lose weight in about 4-5 weeks.I've tried just about everything to find this information. GOOGLE didn't help me at all. please help me. I am really in desperate need. thank you for all your help.
Reply from Kristen, Age 16 - 04/21/08 - IP#: 76.83.230.xxx first limit sweets and fattening foods, second good snacks are yogurt (low fat or light), chicken breast,all fruit, all vegetables, whole wheat bread (no white)... and other notable healthy food. Also start counting your calories. try 1350 calories a day. Also another idea to keep you on track would be to make a weekly food chart of the food you are going to eat and then stick to it. Also right the calories down by the food items so you know your caloric intake. Excersize 3 times a week 30-45 minutes at first. Do not worry you can lose weight, just be determined. And if you mess up one day dont be mad at yourself just put the junk food away and eat healthy at the nex meal or tomorrow. Good luck
