Ht. 5'2", Start: 125 lb, Today: 128 lb (BMI %tile: 87), Goal: 105 lb - Hi everyone! How do you do it? Everyone (except for me, that is) is losing the pounds and getting closer and closer to their goal! I just can't do that. My body refuses to shred off my flub and decides to store it and make me sam. :( I feel like it's not possible, like for me atleast. Well, I'm not THAT overweight but still! My confidence is leaving me! I don't wanna be like this forever!! I REALLY REALLY REALLY need help. i'm failing miserably, and I starting to think that I'll NEVER reach my goal. I've read lots of stories on here that you guys have lost like 3 pounds in the first week!! Could somebody help me before I give up and decide that I'm never going to be healthy and happy? This just isn't working for me. And I don't know what to do.... :(

hi umm my name is lexi....im having the same problem as u i weight 102 pounds and i just cant freaking lose anything...i want to be like around 95 or something...ive had alot of advice and what ive been starting to do is every night before it gets too dark i walk around my neighborhood for a good 30 min its nice to have a little alone time and each night i up the time by about 5 or 10 min...also make sur u get a correct serving of breakfast and THAN U CAN CUT DOWN ON EVERYTHING ELSE i learned breakfast is key TO having alot of energy.....i would love to talk to you some more...email me at ....ameicagirl720@bellsouth.net
