I weighed 225lbs and i was so upset with the way i looked every single day. then i started counting calories and exercising every now and then (i probably could have exercised more lol) and i lost 56 pounds. i'm now at 169lbs and still going. although my motivation has gone down, i've been this weight for a little over a year now (ill lose 5 pounds then gain it back over and over). the point is though, its possible. i thought i would be obese forever but now my confidence is so much higher. id still like tolose a little more but im on the right track. if i can do it, you can do it. good luck and stay strong. :)
