Hi im 13 years old and weigh bout 245 lbs i really need help but the problem is that i have problems with my legs and cant do much exercise so please HELP!!!!!
Reply from anne, Age 18 - 02/23/05 - IP#: 216.66.102.xxx don't try jumping jacks if you have leg problems!!! try a lot of ab and arm exersizes- try to make it into a cardio thing- like rowing is awesoem for that or kyaking or whatever. try doing some low-impact tapes for your legs. good luck!
