Hi everybody!! My diet was goin great until i went out to eat with my family and some friends. I went from 215 to 201lbs. Then i went back to 204.5lbs. I didn't even eat that much! I only ate about 1450 cals that day. OMG!!! Well, does anybody know and good snacks to eat and some better exercises? I am doing denise austin workout tapes but they are getting sooooo boring! Tomorrow I am sleeping over my friend's house 4 fun and she said that we are having pizza and maybe salad. Is it ok if i have one piece of pizza? Then after we are watching a movie. She said that we could make icecream sundaes or we could have popcorn and some snacks. What should i do? I am soooooooo scared that i am goin to eat too much. This week, we have a vacation from school, and I want to be able to lose about 3 lbs by next Monday. I could really use some tips. PLZ POST!!!!!!!! take your own healthy snacks, like air poped popcorn, or veggies and low fat dip. have a peice of pizza, and load the rest of your plate up with salad. and have some ice cream, why not! just a lil though! and remember, eat less cals during the day, but dont go to your friends house hungry. eat a sandwich or some yogurt before you go to fill you up a lil

Dont get discouraged about the 204.5, you dont want to weigh yourself constantly cause it can change for a number of reasons: if you have a cold, could be water weight, a million different reasons, if you know you didnt eat that much, then dont feel guilty. Second of all, it is ok to have a piece of pizza, but just have one, and you can always tell your friend that your not hungry for the ice cream and popcorn. If she gets mad, tell her to go on and have some, try to get some water or something to keep you busy and feel full. But if you really want some, just dish up a little ice cream or only have a little popcorn, and take a long time eating it, it will seem like alot more to you.

it's god to have just one piece and a big salad with not a lot of salad dressing. that's actually a good dinner. try some less-buttered popcorn and only have a small sunday if any...good luck- just remember- it's all your decision, don't let your friend pressure you...
