Ht. 5'10", Start: 280 lb, Today: 280 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 150 lb - Hey! OK so i am having a very hard time losing weight. Me and a couple of friends at skool are trying to loose 10lbs by the New Year, but i just cant seem to eat healthy! I need help!!! I want to lose at least 5lbs by Christmas. Is that possible?!! Please help me!

i have that same problem i drink like 3 or 4 cans of coke a day i just cant seem to swap it for something else !! ive tried hiding it but a glass of coke seems so much more appetizin than a glass of water. a couple of my friends suggested using a decorative glass or put like umbrellas and that in it to make it look more 'inviting' haha not sure how far that would work. good luck :) xxx

Thanx for the help. I am eating ok but its not the healthiest. I just cant seem to stop drinking pop. I know I need to exercise way more than what I am doing right now. I have a New Years Resolution set but I dont know if I will be able to keep it.

You're not going to lose 5 pounds in a week. Healthy weight loss is 1-2 pounds per week, but you're doing well with having a goal in mind! Just need to revise your number. What are your eating/exercise habits like now? Remember to eat lots of smaller meals, look for lower calorie substitutes, drink lots of water, and treat walking and stairs like friends!
