Hi all, I'm Melissa. I'm almost 14 years old, 5 foot 5 or 6 inchs tall. And... 173 pounds, I've been overwight since I was 8 or 9 years old, it sux :( I feel like I've lost my self confidence. I'm extermly shy and the "outcast" at school. I start high school next year and want to look great, what should I do?
