eat 1200-1400 caloires a day while following this plan:...Breakfast-
1-2 oz protein.
3-4 grains.
1 other(sugar, fats..ect).
1 fruit.
1 juice or milk.
Lunch-.
1-3 oz protein.
1-2 grains.
1-2 others.
1 fruit .
1-2 vegs.
Dinner- .
3-4 oz protein.
2 grains.
1 other.
1 fruit or dessert.
1-2 vegs.
