I am 13 and I weigh...233 lbs I know that is bad.I just can't help it my school doesn't have a weight room or anythingso that is out of th picture.I always get made fun of put down then when I get home I cry...I would just like to lose weight.

Hi, My school does not have a weight room and i think thatschool lunches are way to bad for you i eat lunch at school and i gain like 5 pounds a week but ne ways good luck
